Listening to CBC radio

I am listening to the CBC radio online lately. Though it is hard to understand what the guys are talking about at the first times, I can catch some words and phrases shortly after I get used to their pace of speaking. When I can get some words and phrases, I try to catch the unfamiliar ones and check them with online dictionary.
Benefits I am getting: 1. adapting to different accents  2.enhancing vocabulary
